ViewAs

The ViewAs defines the way an option is displayed and actions during the configuration proces. Qmaze standard provides a list of predefined ViewAs types, but you can add or edit as many as you like.

Always keep in mind that changing a viewas has an immediate impact on ALL existing configurations and models in the Qmaze database. So if you change the layout of the viewas "Radio" all configurations and all items who use the viewas Radio will be changing. For that reason it may be a good idea to copy an existing Viewas as, and give it a new name.

Add ViewAs option

To add a viewas option navigate to the ViewAs module. Click on "Create ViewAs option" button top right on the screen.

Fill the following values to add a new ViewAs option.

ViewAs	The name of the ViewAs
Description	What is the ViewAs about
Icon	Wich icon does the Viewas have
ViewAs type	Wich type is the ViewAs option for example button
Lay-out	Lay-out of the ViewAs Option

Click on "Add ViewAs" to save the ViewAs.
